New account with 5 Listings. Account Limited

Put up a new account on VM ware with a VPN.

Account was limited 24 hours later with them asking me to contact ebay to for an account review. Wondering if this is due to listing 5 items with a new account straight away.


This account wasn't closed like my previous one for being in association with another account one which was my first and main account that got indefinite selling rights removed.

Any suggestions? Thinking theres no point calling them and instead making a new one and letting that sit for a few weeks, buy a few pointless things then slowly start to list items?

Definitely call if you listed low risk items. Sometimes this is a check because you are new to ebay, they just want to confirm you're a real person. Gotta new accounts back this way before.
