eBay Allowing instant case escilation?
 

Has anyone ever been permanently suspended so that they can't send messages? and once a buyer opens a case they can instantly escalate it to CS? as I have many buyers now who are taking advantage of me being banned and within minutes of them opening the case they just escalate it and get a full refund.

I had taken all of the money out of the PayPal luckily before they started doing it and have asked them to allow me to respond to the cases but they never reply I guess eBay just think I am going to fund all of the free refunds they are dishing out.

Same for me happened in last days, over 100+$ refunded after my suspension, i can't do anything! eBay showed me a rule in their user agreement:
"In some situations, we may open and decide on a request on behalf of the buyer. This includes situations in which a seller is suspended for fraudulent activity"
So they have full right to do it.
