My account has been blocked for over six moths (because i sold an international book in half.com that i bought from eBay ); i contacted customer support and faxed whatever they asked for including a copy of my driver license . They claimed that they did not receive Some of the faxes so I mailed everything to them and they received the mail about 2 months ago, I received an email saying that we are experiencing a high volume of mail and blah blah, two days after they received the mail so I said ok. A month went by and I did not hear anything from them so I emailed them and waited two weeks and heard nothing so I sent a new email and I yet did not hear anything from them! What should I do?? I just want the money that they owe me nothing more. They owe me almost $600 for the books that I sold in half.com. any advices?? They seriously made me hate them!!
