Do Vero remarks expire?
 

When an account gets hit with a Vero take down, is there a fixed deadline after which that notice will no longer have an effect on the account? I read some posts that claim a Vero notice eventually expires, is that correct?

In computerlandia nothing ever goes away.

Do they actively downgrade your position in search forever? Who knows, but it likely is one of many factors on a sliding scale as it gets further from the offense.

However I am fairly certain from past experience that they they NEVER forgive other offenses that are far less serious.

Always assume EB/PP (and just about every other site) retains everything, forever.

I've also heard that VeRO hits "disappear" after 90 days, but don't count on it if offenses are repeated over time.

Vero hits are usually by the same company, first 1 7 days then 30 days and then 30 days and i think next might be suspension. Shut it down if you get a 2nd 30 day hit. Don't be stupid. I wouldn't do it less than waiting 9 months to a year. It's only getting harder to get a good account going ,.

Seems like I read somewhere that it's a 3 strike rule. Time frame seemed to be around a year. Could be wrong but that's what I remember. My advise would be to not play with fire and not sell any Vero items.
