yes, but just depends on your problem

if the original banned account is reinstated, it doesnt mean the others will be, they will often let you keep one or some but not all of them, sometimes you gt allowed the linked one and not the original, it depends, and also true depends if you get reinstated at all on how they feel about violation.
I would hold out for a 30 day one but a year one, forget it, I ignore their emails reinstating my accounts, im not interested in doing it on their terms, plus you would have to act like a saint on a reinstated account, otherwise bam..

It's not easy. I just tried it, and had no luck! I had 2 ebay & paypal accounts shut down both were pre 11/07 acounts with perfect feedack. They would not reinstate either after providing them all the info they wanted. So, used my boyfiend's account (before reading the stealth book), and they froze those accounts too.
Of course, they linked his to mine, he tried calling, and told them it wasn't him and they they said "sorry, to much risk".
Nice huh?
It's worth a try but you are probably better off saving your frustration and setting up new accounts, and a merchant's account.
