Ebay account that is suspended years old can i get it back

Can I get a Ebay account back that was suspended for trademark stuff a long time ago I do not have a stealth setup so I am afraid to log into it until I do but thought I would ask if I had even a chance to get it back.

My account got banned almost 3 years ago and email said "Your account is banned for a minimum of 12 months", after 32 months i called to them and they said, that they can't unban my account.
