9 month old LLC got suspended

Hello. I opened a single llc last January. The ebay account is under my friends name. Long story short It just recently got suspended. I still want to keep the llc because I built a good business credit profile with it. Now I found a partner to sell online. If I changed my llc name, address, EIN, company structure with my new partner and put it on his ebay account , will Ebay find out?? Thanks

You failed to mention why it was suspended.

If you are selling something you shouldn't be selling switching accounts will be a very temporary fix.

Sales are irrelevant. You'll need new EIN + LLC regardless. There's no way to reuse your old one without being linked.
