PayPal banned My account with negative amount

One of my PayPal account is banned by PayPal.
There was a charge back to it and it is in negative.

Will PayPal come after me ( my friend) as the account is under my friend's name?

We had his bank account attached and the account was verfied with his ID. Thus PayPal have the information of the account holder.

If it's not paid your friend will have the debt sent to collections, at which point his credit score will be impacted negatively.

If there's a charge back, make sure you give paypal all the info they need so they can help you fight the charge back and potentially cover it under their protection if you did everything right

What is the amount of that negative balance?
If its a few dollars I wouldn't worry about it.
If its a substantial amount then yes you have reason for concern.
