what should i do so i create duplicate id to ebay ,,..any sugesions to get through id proof

I created 2 months before..I used ⊗⊗⊗⊗ usa address and started selling..then I got MC011 restriction to my account..I called eBay thay said I have to provide invoice.. merchandise.. tracking I'd and I'd proof..eg: driving license
