Submitting docs for PP

Hi everybody. Need your advice!

PP asked for ID, receipts.
What is the best way to send it - using my usual VPS access, find some real IP (although not in state of PP registration) or fax it?

Should I call them after submitting? I still have active GV for some years with this account.

If you check on paypal there should be way to submit it directly on the website. If not, fax it in using an online fax service

Just login to your account with your normal setup and upload the documents within paypal on their document request page
