Amazon Requesting Appeal for 'Altered' Invoice

Amazon somehow concluded that my invoice was altered, and banned my account. However, they hqve also stated they will keep the $35,000 in dunds they owe me if i dont appeal this decision. What the hell do I write, "youre wrong?"

do i need to provide references or something to show them theyre wrong? what are they looking for here? they cant just keep that money. what theyve done is already inhumane and cruel

after stating that i "...may no longer sell on amazon..." they also stated they would keep any unpaid funds unless i appealed that in 90 days

ive been informed by an advisor with internal resources that my account was marked as 'unsafe/submitted altered invoice', and proving those statements to be false would do absolutely nothing, as it would fall onto deaf ears.

i dont need another poa, ive paid for 4, and dont have another dime to spend on this... hence why i need the money. seeking advice, if anyone has it. not seeking a service

That's really scary. I would think if no one opens AtoZ claims/charge backs, then they would release his money after 90 days. No?

No.

amazon retains funds when required (by them).

Read threads here about users not being able to sign into accounts despite have the correct password.

This has been happening for several years.

chargeback is 180 days or more, but in his case,it is more than just chargeback
