The account is limited but does not receive any emails from eBay
 

Hello,
My account is currently restricted. From March 6, 2019. It has been over 3 weeks. I cannot update my sales list. It has the notice

"Your account is currently limited. Go to Messages to find out what you need to do next"
{e56058-757327x}

but I don't see any mail from eBay.
I called eBay for help, 4 times. They said they would send me a letter. All 4 times did not see anything.
please help me.

Usually get account related messages from Ebay on the 27th-28th of the month.

ive had that loads of times.
Just go to help support > type register a new ebay account > then click call them.
Tell them you have been restricted and it said you have to ring them up and they will fix it.

Let them do all the work finding why..

I have seen their mail sent to me in my Gmail inbox. The letter said
This time my sales volume increased. they will temporarily limit my account and ask me to provide information about the goods.
I have provided them with information for more than 1 month but I have not seen any feedback.

I received an ebay notification letter in my Gmail inbox (did not receive mail in ebay inbox) It seems that my sales in the past month increased sharply. and they need me to provide its invoice information. I have provided many times. but no response from them.
