The account is limited but does not receive any emails from eBay
Hello,
My account is currently restricted. From March 6, 2019. It has been over 3 weeks. I cannot update my sales list. It has the notice "Your account is currently limited. Go to Messages to find out what you need to do next"

but I don't see any mail from eBay.
I called eBay for help, 4 times. They said they would send me a letter. All 4 times did not see anything.
