accound on hold after i have made full payment
 

hi, i had my ebay placed on hold for non payment, their email states that as soon as i pay the hold will be lifted and i should be able to use ebay as normal,

however it is now 3 days since i made the full payment to bring the account up to date and it is still showing on hold, this is very frustrating,

any ideas?

Sometimes you have to ask them to reinstate your account after you pay up. Sounds like that's the case on yours.

yeah, i don't really like calling ebay incase it triggers any further issues, and the live chat link has now finished - maybe i just have ti sit and wait it out :(

If it didn't automatically reinstate, chances are it never will without you calling in and bringing it to their attention. What do you have to lose by calling in on this account? Either it gets reinstated or it doesn't. You already can't sell on it.. right?
