counterfeit items Trademark Violation
 

Need an expert advice.

Why Ebay is full of sellers that selling huge amount of junk copies of brand name clothing and Ebay let them sell on huge scale and I listed 100% original brand name clothing and Ebay removed those listing and accused me with selling counterfeit items?

Did you start small and list only one or two per month or just go crazy posting tons of brand name ie. High risk stuff ? That should give me a better answer

what brand name items are you selling?
are they brand new or used ?
and how many did you list and what is the quantity for each listing?

Those sellers may have found what works for them via trial and error - or they will get banned later.

It seems that there are brands that you need to show a document to eBay that the licensed supplier or the trademark owner themselves are allowing you to resell their products.
