Account reinstatement idea?
 
If I call again and get a sympathetic rep? will I get reinstated?

I'm thinking of asking for a supervisor off that bat

same thing happened to me on few accounts, thats weirdest suspension ever, they ask to verify the profile information against "public records" why would they trust public record on the first place?

Did not do any vulgarity or nonsense like that, but did make a few responses to buyers that were waiting for their USPS deliveries. Just stated that I could not speed up USPS & noticed it was slower delivering than normal, but had got their purchases shipped out same or next day. I also commented that eBay's many features had many mistakes I find daily in various features I use. Didn't realize I was speaking in a Communistic state? Suddenly I get all ACTIVE listings removed & restriction notice as stated above (MC011 Your eBay selling account has been restricted). That's about it & really not knowing how to proceed? Any suggestions are welcome!
