Again it happened- Suspension and calling to eBay doesn't help
 

Again it happened😭 (SUSPENSION) -

new name, new address, new zip code, new card, new IP address, new phone number, new email. The account was created 4 days ago. I didn't even buy a product there.

I called eBay and talked to the agent, did some checking on the account and told me there was a risk in my account and I was risking buyers and that I would go looking for another platform to sell my products there. I asked why and no answer was given.

Detail to note: My main account has been suspended and the PayPal account has been restricted, and I have a DEBT to pay to eBay because they paid for cases for me (I disconnected the PayPal from my eBay). But this new account isn't link so there should be no problem.

What can I do? Pay the debt to eBay can resolve the problem?

Need more info from you.
Is tis a US account you opened? or an Israeli one?
Did you list an item before this suspension occurred? If so what was the item?
And that debt has nothing to do with this IF as you say you kept everything separate.

what did you do during the 4 days. did you take any risky actions like bidding on items? did you link your ppal to add some level of trust outside of just your account info?

Personal opinion: Pay your fees because you owe it. Although it is possible to get one with prior arrangement; don't expect a resuscitation to your eBay account.

paying your fee would not do anything for your new account, now Ebay knows it is in the right,the two accounts are linked (for future reference,in case you come back)

I disagree about paying the debt if it is not linked to you personally. Yes, you owe them money, but abrupt suspensions cause harm.
