8 years old ebay account closed . need help

My eBay number has been closed. He has been using it for 8 years because I leave a comment for my eBay number with a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ account. Can i lift the restrictions?

Beat thing you can do is talk the eBay and see if they will restore your account
