MC011 eBay Suspension on Stealth -- How to Proceed
 

So I got hit with the MC011 suspension on one of my stealths today.

This was mainly due to a couple of orders I had to cancel because of a dispute with the supplier. Apart from this, I had been dropshipping other items. As it is, I had been going slow on sales in this account. So maybe those two cancellations made a dent in my metrics.

They are asking for these documents -

-- A readable copy of your driver's license, front and back, or other government-issued ID.
-- A copy of a recent credit card statement, bank statement, or utility bill. Your name and billing address should be visible, and consistent with the information registered to your eBay account.
-- Documentation (including manufacturer's invoices or receipts) that shows that you purchased the item(s) recently listed for sale on eBay.We are looking for documents regarding: All active listings (Electronics, Home and Garden).Activity on your account didn’t follow our policy. More specific details are provided below.

I might just be able to arrange for the ID. But is it worth it? Do they reinstate easily? And my invoices are mostly retail receipts.

In this case, my guess is the account is dead. They're looking for information to keep you from getting back on the platform.
Once you supply those docs, They'll kick you off the platform.

Hate to say it, but he's right. I don't know of anyone ever coming back from an MC011. They just collect all of the information and boot you off of the platform.

Today they reinstated my mc011 restricted account after two weeks of mailings and phone calls and i provided them everything supplier invoices,proof of payment etc.But they made me forbid selling in one specific category anymore "Business and Industrial" also decreased my selling limit from 500.000$ to 10.000$ till end of April..

I got MC011 again asking for tracking codes for ALL items I've sold or feedbacks from ALL buyers to prove that they items arrived all good. Madness really, I send low cost without tracking and most buyers don't leave feedback (have 50 feedbacks from 400+ sales)

I didn't get asked for any ID or such (wasn't a stealth account though)

Same, just want tracking numbers. Their tracking/dispute/order tracking system needs works.. Waiting on it now.

I doubt that you will get a reply after reopening the thread after 3 years, try reposting your question in a new thread so you can get up to date info as eBay has evolved in this time.

If you have all tracking info, you can try. One of my accounts got MC011 twice within few months. I was able to reinstate it both times after sending invoices and tracking info.
