Hello, I have funds in my stealth PayPal but have received an email from PayPal asking for one form of photo ID;

Driving licence
Passport
Military ID
National ID

Does anyone provide a service to supply me with a copy of one of these documents matching my stealth PayPal account details?

you could just wait the 180 days out. I just waited one of my paypal and they didn't even send me an email saying that it's ready for withdrawal but it worked.

Yeah, PayPal always forget to give money back :D

You could wait 180 days to pass but they would require again to attach ID before giving you access to withdraw your funds

not sure how belgium works, but here in usa, it doesn't work like that, you can withdraw pas 180 days

not always,if 180 days past and you want to add a new bank account to withdraw as your old bank account is no longer active,or Paypal decides to keep the money if AUP,it is $2500 per transaction.
or you have to withdraw multiple times,

Just get an ID (There are plenty sellers out there) and this should be fixed in 48h after submission

Hello,

I have a limited PayPal account and money been released after 180 days However all existing bank account no longer active and would like to add a new bank account however PayPal does not allow me to do so. It asked me to send the driving licence and passport and current proof of address which I did. PayPal said they can not verify the details , although the details matched with the account perfectly and PayPal want me to send another current proof of address and another picture of proof of ID.

I need to send another proof of ID picture on different surfaces or scan copy so that PayPal convinces to allow me to add a new bank account.

Can someone help me here to edit the previous picture and take a new picture on different surfaces with keeping the previous information.
