limited Philippine account 8k euro without any movement

I have a limited philippine PP account with 8000€

First, when the account was not limited they asked me proof of identity and address.
I have uploaded both docs but somehow the address doc was not really accepted.
It was uploaded but not with a green mark about it is done, like I did got with the proof of identity.

I have tried to re-upload the doc for a few days till the upload page was disappeared. It is been 9 months ago now. I have emailed them for 100 times but without any help or reply.

The account stays like it is now.
So limited but not with 180 days frozen.

There is no movement now.

What can I do?

And, even when I get the 180days, how do i get my money, l do not have a Philippine bank account.

PLease advice me.

why did you open a Philipine Paypal account ?

yOU ARE in NL,are you US citizen or resident?
do you have a US bank account?if so,you can use that to withdraw,IF THEY EVER UNRESTRICT YOUR ACCOUNT.

IF you added your bank account to the account?

What did you sell?

You sell the item on ebay?

You no need waste time to contact paypal. they are not interested to communictae with all their users that get limited.

yu said it has been limited for 9 months,then it is past 180 days,Paypal has no intention of releasing your money.
if you are in Netherlands,why do you open a Ph ACCOunt and you dont even have a PH bank account?
