Being Asked for 'Verifiable Information' to Unlock eBay Account

I am being asked for personal info for the Name on the stealth account in order to unlock. It's just like when you are dealing with credit card questions- date of birth, historical addresses, etc.

When I give some off-the-cuff answer they 'can't find 'you' in the database'

Have any of you run in to this? Per the stealth guide NAME is -not- a factor but it may be now.
