2 x MC019 eBay Listing Removed + relist item bad idea?

I had my item removed 2 x with a MC019 warning, this was about 2 weeks ago.

it was a brandname jacket. (original), i used stockphoto's by then (bad idea i know)

is it ok to relist it on this account? i got my feedback on 55 right now, when i relisted it, it was on 9 stars

i want to use the name of the jacket or else people won't find it.

any ideas?

i really want to sell this item.

If you got MC019 warning twice already within the past 90 days, you would be taking a very big risk if you list it again.
