 HELP! Suspended indef after Listing Item
I had an ebay account that was open for about a year. It wasn't stealth, it was legit, real address, real phone, real me, real everything. I only ever bought stuff with it so I had buyers feedback. I just now decided to list an item for sell, it was literally just some used kids clothes. I submitted the listing and got hit with a notification to verify some information before listing. So I ended up chatting with an agent who verified everything and said that my account looks good but it might get suspended after listing my first item and that it would be normal. So of course I listed the item and did end up getting suspended indefinitely with no reason other then that I am basically a threat to everyone's safety on ebay. Yes, me with my cup of cold coffee and my kids clothes, I am such a terrible threat.
I tried to contact ebay at the customer service phone number which I guess is no longer an option for contacting ebay. I had no way of getting in contact with anyone. Eventually I found a way to connect with an agent by using a different concern but she could not help, just said I couldn't reinstate my account.
So here I am hoping someone can give me some information or some insight. Is there anything I can do? Just seems so unfair, I didn't even do anything wrong. I am not associated to any other accounts, only thing I can think of is maybe the person who lived in my apartment before me had a negative account and it flagged me. No idea but I can't even appeal it.
