Okay so it's been 9 months 2 180-day y'all just take both of them off I am trying to regain access to my PayPal money and y'all are telling me everything still Limited I just want to know why why you still interested in my money it's government-issued money so I don't feel like there should be any reason why you're holding it anymore this is been twice now usual payment from the governorment idk when its coming

This is not Paypal you're talking to. Your post reads like an email to a Paypal rep. Have you tried calling them up?
