No response after faxing in docs.

Happens all the time, you have to get in touch again. Often they lose documents and you have to send them again. they have been surprisingly fast with my documents the last couple of times though.

I bought an all in one printer/scanner/fax just for use with Paypal.... it has been a god send lol.

I can fax duplicate docs off until the cows come home

The other thing is to send the docs to a couple of different paypal fax numbers. Good chance of them ending up on the desk of a caring human
