Sorry for my poor English,i am from China,but IP shows it's from United States.why ?

eBay asked me to upload all documents like ID,invoice....etc .no issues , i did it .

Is my ebay account was dead ? i created it with my info 10 years ago .

By the way ,it's must have nothing do do with IP address,i am sure .

is it MC011 ? MC013 ? i‘ve never seen "MC" from ebay message .

i do not use VPN,i use real IP,real personal info,all real things .

Hello, its restriction from selling, no MC, try call ebay and ask sometimes they can explain, but usually saying its for risky behavior, but I would try call 5-10 times to different agents.

Once it’s gone it’s gone, just need to do another stealth account, in a rare case if you are selling volume and you get a MC restriction you may get the account reinstated with payments with held for 30 days.
