Hello, after 1 month of sale 147 euros and 10 customer got a mc911 this morning 2 email i was dropshipping from amazon to ebay, i tried to send them an email each time i got the same answer (from a bot) should i try to phone them? any chance of getting the account back? Besides, I asked for an increase in my sales limit yesterday by email, they replied that I would have the answer on Monday and today I am banned, is this a coincidence?

If its a personal selling account and you have been selling new items and putting Amazon tracking numbers on the sales record, that is a breach of eBays rules and will lead to a suspension as its arbitrage selling.

That's probably it unfortunately, yet all my amazon tracking was converted to blucare express, so concretely I used the managed payment with my official first name / my official bank account my identity card
If I open another account with a different first name but the same name and I provide a different bank account / different phone number address should it do it? even if my identity card is the same? THANKS

In addition shortly before the suspension of my main account I had created another account with the same information / connected to the same ip this account is still not banned it is 10 days old today and currently 1 listing it is incomprehensible Is there a good chance that it will also be deactivated in the future?
