MC011 help reinstating my account
 

just got suspended from ebay they told me to do this:

To help us remove the restriction on your account, you’ll need to:
- Provide proof of delivery for all of the items you sold on eBay by uploading tracking.

most of my orders did not have tracking number, but some of them do, at the end they asked me to confirm proof of delivery of the last order which it was going to be delivered tomorrow, then after a few hours i received another email saying that my account was permanently suspended i wanted to know if is there a way to reinstate my account or what should i do thanks!

Welcome to the forum.

Without much information about your account, the help will be limited to what we can guess.

Try and get to talk to them on the phone and see if you can be reinstated.

From previous experience this is the usual tactic used by eBay before you get permanently suspended and expectation of being reinstated should be low.

my account its over 10 years old been selling stuff for a while, they suspended me in several times before for violating vero rules, but never been blocked permanently till this time, but this time they told me that i was blocked because not uploading tracking info, but it was weird because all the lasts orders had tracking numbers, and they told me to confirm that the last order was delivered, which is going to be delivered tomorrow, but i dont know if i can do anything at this point.

should i still respond to the email and let them know that the order is delivered?

I would recommend that you give them the info they require and then follow up with a phone call. It may get reinstated.

you think there is still a chance? because i was chatting with a customer service and they told me that is permanently suspended and they can no do anything about it, you think if i call will make a difference?

It has been reported that after getting told no by the reps, another may reinstate, it does not hurt to try.

okay good to know that i will call tomorrow or whenever that last item gets delivered thanks for giving me some hope lol.

No I talked to couple eBay reps and they all say the same there is no way to reinstate, I had a little hope the other day because I wanted to return a purchase I made trough eBay before I got blocked because I received a defective product and i called and I told them that since I am blocked I couldn’t do anything to return it even contact the seller and they make me to follow some steps to try contact the seller but non of them worked and they where taking back and forth with the return team but at the end they told me that they can not reinstate an account that is terminated to file a return and told me that I had to create another account to try to contact the seller and that’s what I did so at the end of the day there is no chance to get it reinstated

yes sir really sad, i found some groups on facebook and they are offering reinstatement, they supposed to work with an ebay agent or insider, but all the profiles look like they are scammers and i just want to know if that is even possible, that they work with someone inside ebay to do that kind of jobs, they supposed to remove defects, negative feedbacks and other stuff but i just don't think that's even possible

there are no insiders , ebay works like a machine , you receive an email with a decision

the chance to change the decision is close to 0% , any attempt to change the decision leads to ebay reps confirming it is valid and can not be changed

most common patterns is this:

bot makes a decision => rep is asked to reconsider and they confirm the decision made by the bot => another rep is asked to reconsider and they confirm the decision made by previous rep

then it goes into a loop where the same decision is just confirmed all over again

exceptions exist only for low level violations , for example I once got suspended for non-payment of fees and was reinstated within a few minutes of payment but such exceptions are rare and exist only in certain situations

Ebay insider is a thing, but finding a true insider is very difficult. You most often will only be dealing with a middleman or scammer, neither will really help when it comes to reinstating your account.

add tracking to every order, and submit your invoice's. yes your account can be reinstated just need to write great appeal.

It's been discussed in another thread, there are insiders who do get the account reinstated, but they aren't able to override all the internal flags on the system. So half the time the account will just flag as suspended within a few days after the reinstatement.

No I never used one but as I said, I don't recommend it.

of course there is a way to reinstate the account, you can simply address the issue with ebay support agent.
