Reinstatement

I am having an account with ebay.in

My Account was barred from selling due to some policy violation. After 2-3 days they barred me even for buying on ebay.

I tried selling an item on ebay that was my first time I tried to become a seller, but acc to ebay I violated some policy.

I wrote to inrswebhelp@ebay.com but got the reply "Due to the severe nature of the policy breaches on your account, your account cannot be considered for reinstatement. "

Now I want to have atleast buying rights for my account. Kindly help.

Some policy violation? There's a lot of them..... can you be more specific?

I registered for selling and purchased the item from same PC.

I need my Buyer account back.

I dont need to be a seller
