MC034 FB NOTICE: eBay Registration Suspension - Feedback Manipulation
 

Hi alll…

I've been reading the post here for awhile, but just joined. I have been with ebay for a few years. I just got this email from them…

"Your eBay account has been suspended for 30 days because of a violation of the eBay Feedback Manipulation policy"

I never knew of such a thing. I am guilty, but only by accident. I was selling digital images that I took. I listed them starting at a penny with free shipping. I thought it was ok because it was my image & the customers was receiving the image by email after they paid. I never told them they had to leave me feedback first. I did put the word + feedback in the title. I know NOW all that is a big No No with ebay. I was not trying to be manipulative, had I know it was a violation I would have never listed them.

Anyway, my question is can my account be saved after the 30 day period is up? I have over 1,000 positive feedbacks @ 100%.... I don't want to start over. If they wanted to permanently suspend me wouldn’t they have just done so? Or will they do that after the 30 day period. Has anyone had their account reinstated after a 30 day suspension?

I've got many accounts suspended due the feedback manipulation policy! But I've got MOST of them back. Just reply to the MC034 email after 30 days apologizing and they should either reinstate you within a couple days or they might request that you send another message confirming you understand their policy blah blah then they should reinstate you. Good luck!

i've got the same problem..

and the ebay bills come right after my 30 days suspension
is ebay try to test me?

or should i pay for the billing, it's a lot of billing, and i don't want to pay if ebay don't want to release my account

Yeah, they now have a total of 3 on me. Man, i was rocking the accounts.... and then 3 weeks later... knocked the... fk out. hopefully on the 2 stealths i don't have to fax anything, if i must ill have to be creative.. my other is my 3rd account. which i have photo ids for.. etc.. i gueess i can make bills thats easier then ids

C'mon!!! You are selling 1 cent auctions, and you expect them to believe that you are not doing it for the feedback?? This forum is almost filled to the brim with people who do dumb things then blame PP/EB when they get treated as high risk sellers. They do have humans working there you know?

Buy coupons on ebay to get some positive feedback.. As a buyer, the seller cant leave you negative feedback, and it'll only cost you out about $1 each, and you'll get coupons to boot.

I was selling 7 different ebooks for 0.99$ and was limited of the same reason. No problem, after that period you will get back your account.

THATS THE BEST FEEDBACK MANIPULATION I HAVE SEEN ON EBAY LOL... THE ONLY POSITIVE FEEDBACK HE GIVES IS REVISED, SO I GUESS HE ASKS FOR THE MONEY BACK OR HE WILL GIVE YOU A NEGATIVE LOL.. THIS IS CRAZY!!
