Ebay Account Linked Now Restricted
 

My account with ebay was suspended a few months back...long story short, my supplier never shipped which resulted in refunds, negative feedback, and now a criminal investigation. I owe fee money and resolution fee money. While my account was still in good standing, my boyfriend started his account. We reside at the same address. He got ID verified and we did not use any information, other then address, to seem that these accounts would be linked. Well, after selling successfully for a few months we got the restricted email yesterday. If I don't pay the fees he will be suspended. Is there anything we can do to get the account not linked? Like he tells them I moved out and he has no idea where I am at? HELP!!!!! We need this income!

yes the moved out thing might work, especially if you dont sell same type of goods - but it might not.

weigh up fees, and decide if his account is worth saving, which it possibly is...but regardless of this, if they are your real details, they may come after you for fees anyway. Thing is, you can pay up and he still might mot get account back - especially due to an investigation, that sounds serious...

otherwise make a non-linked accounts and start again, get a POBOX or relatives address

it must be alot of fees as i have accounts under different names at my address, did you use the same phone number tho?
