Hi i recieved the follwing message from ebay out of the blue a couple of weeks ago:-

as far as i know i have done nothing wrong, is there any way i can get my account reinstated or get another account, i have wmailed them and rang them but they wont tell me anything and dont seem like they are gonna reopen my account, any help would be much appreciated.
can i ever use ebay again ????????
