Accounts reinstated?
 

All my accounts were reinstated after I contacted ebay and asked about payment of my fees. I had stopped all PayPal bank payments and reported my credit card lost because I did not want buyers to take advantage of my suspension and file phony disputes.

PayPal asked me if I wanted to put stop payment on all ebay transactions, and I said yes and asked to be transferred to ebay so I could find out when my fees were due. Subsequently, ebay rep reinstated all my accounts and send me procedural warning about selling limitation until I filled new credit card with them.

The thing is I did not receive any reinstatement notice at all and T&S told me that I would never be reinstated? Is this some ploy to get me to pay the fees? Why didn't I get MC0XX notice about reinstatement. I also got MC0139 notice about the guy who sold me ⊗⊗⊗⊗ software which I resold and ended up refunding because my buyer accused me of selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗.

They are not going to reinstate your account. It is just a scam to get you to pay them money. Time to start up another stealth account.

So do you think that they are going to quietly suspend my account again as soon as I pay my fees?

I am wondering too because technically ebay does not do anything to your account without sending a blasted MC0 notice.

They most likely will. I would start over with a fresh one.... are you planning on using the same paypal?

No! You can't use the same PayPal account since PayPal can tell that your accounts were suspended. I am almost ready to go the legit route with business account. I think that I just keep that account for other auctions.

I also noticed that they did not reinstate all my accounts. So with everything that I learned about linking on this site, I am confused why my reinstated account can continue to be linked to suspended accounts? This is another thing that makes me wonder about the state of my reinstatement
