trying to get account back

from 2006, my email is no longer in use for it so i cannot email them to appeal so i will have to ring, i do not remember what dob and phone number was used so is there any point even ringing them?

They are going to want to be able to verify that it is you trying to reinstate the account so if you don't have any of the info to verify the identity then you will be wasting your time. You are better off to just start another account and go from there

the only info i dont have is the date of birth, i now have everything else

would i still be worth a call and play dumb on the dob being put in mistakenly
