MC169 NOTICE : Fax docs but my account remain suspended
 

so i got hit with the MC169 NOTICE last month, and ebay is asking me for documents like driver's license or any utility bill
the problem is that i don't want to use my personal fax machine i decided to put the pictures or the 2 main things they were asking me into a word file and faxed it with faxzero 2 weeks ago. and ebay said that they will review the account in 3 days. problem is that it been 2 weeks and my account is still suspended and i hear other people got away with this.

i need help did i something wrong or can anyone review my docs and give me an opinion. and also it there anyway that i can get this check quick again.

Did you give them a call for verbal push? That should be done.

you think that should be it, but the number of the account i registered is from another state compared with my house/cell number.

you can find a website that can match your number for your call. There are soem that exist.

well thank you there no need to call ebay because my account was open yesterday. and i didnt know until i checked my email last night lol

Same thing happened to me...its been more 10 days...no response...I guess I have to be patient..

they take soo long, longer than the 7 days they say it takes, and you often need to send twice...draggg
