had an account suspended for 7 days, and im listing stuff again.

it says the violation will be clear after 12 months. Does this count as "wiping the slate clean" would i get one of my "strikes" back so to speak?

The violation will be erased from your account 12 months after the date you received it. So yes that means wiping the slate clean. But if you acquire any other violations then those will not fall off until the 12 months from the date of receipt of those.

cool, so if you have a few stealth accounts you could keep selling forever? until something else slows you down i spose. haha

Technically, but you can only have 1 violation per year on each account.
