Does anyone know a crafty way to get back on Amazon?? I wasted a day putting up my stuff and now it says it was linked with my old account. I used the same methods of setting up a new one as I do with ebay; maybe they noticed the same email address within my description?

Well they certainly are! They removed my first account for no reason, other than some very jealous competitors probably make false accusations about me, and they of course believe them just shut me down. So anybody can say anything about anybody and these places just react, unbelievable.
I'm just looking for ways to promote my new website and I felt amazon would be very appropriate to list some of my items and plug the website along with my email within the description.
Does anyone else know of an ideal way to promote one self without using ebay or amazon?

yes read the web jungle thread.. Also if you think its your competitors turn them in too, then Amazon will see its a she said he said game and blow off each other accusations

Did you initially have success selling on Amazon? I've thought about it before, but never thought there would be much interest.

I listed 5 products on Amazon 1 time and within 2 hours I sold 4 of them

It certainly has a nice flow of traffic; however it really depends on what you're selling. Again the two items I sold were sold off Amazon as I make it more of an advertisement for my items rather than just buy it through there.
But they take about 15% of the total, and you have to ship it out in order to get paid.

The Only way I know is faxing them in the info they want.. Ive been "under the light" only once in almost 3 yrs.. again, not alot of volume, just that initial take down fro 30 days.
Do you have the docs to support the inquiry or no?

Well they didn't say or ask to fax over aything, they just said I was liked to a suspended account and that's it!
It's a nice way to advertise as many people go on Amazon, similar numbers to ebay I would assume. So I don't know, I'll have to figure out something.

Amazon generally has no appeal process once they shut you down you can appeal and they give you the go f*** yourself letter back I have never never had a Amazon account turned back on and I have had many
