Default Can I refuse to accept DHL packages from China?

I'm sorry if I posted this question in a wrong forum.
I got hit by J&P after I ordered 3 more shipments not knowing they were phakes. Now, I know. Can I refuse to accept the packages from DHL when they are arrived? I tried to contact aliexpress seller to cancel my order but unsuccessful. I just don't want them anymore. I don't mind to loose the money but just don't want to have the record of getting more of them. Please let me know if I can do it.

They require signature. So, either never sign for them or just answer the door and refuse them.

You can refuse delivery of anything basically EXCEPT a subpoena.

Of course you can, just don't answer the door, the delivery driver will get bored and carry on.

Tell him
"GrannyTranny says I'm not to sign for any more parcels"
That should do it

I won't accept it then. I will tell him to send it back to sender.

on other hand

If the package got pass custom, it should just accept it b/c the package may have to get inspect by custom before going out again.

Just dont accept the parcel. Dont tell the delivery man ANYTHING.

Look, if you are going to import goods, check they are OK B4 you do it again. Once maybe for foo-foos but not again. You as the seller need to make sure the item will be OK. Do your homework better
Get an address not your home for delivery.

Yes, i did. During that one week, I ordered more stuffs b/c it was going so well.
And I ordered it before I even read the J&P letter. And I've been trying to cancel my order but unsuccessful.

^^ Perhaps you should have took the deliver and just returned the item to your supplier to get your money back. At least if this ever went any further, you have been seen to be returning the items once you found out they were not genuine.

You would also have your money back in your pocket :D
