Faxed in info, said 48-72 hours.. It's been
 

I sent the fax in with all my info. And they said that they would get back to me in 48-72 hours in the e-mail. It's been about 120 hours. Should I fax them again, or should I call them? or just wait?

Wait a bit longer, especially if you sent during the weekend. They still take 5-6 days just to respond to a normal e-mail I send them, much less documentation.

Yeah, I sent it in Friday at 5PM, so guess I'll wait until this Friday?

Definitely give it at least a solid week before you attempt again so I say Friday is fine and just be nice with them.

MANY years ago, they used to respond fairly quickly to most inquires, but literally for the past 2 years I've personally had to wait 1-2 weeks for anything to actually happen or get any kind of response. And, of course, you can't get pissy with them about anything or they just say f*ck you and close your accounts.

I have been waiting weeks for a couple......I get the feeling they will not be answering.....thats nasty when the stonewall you, I would rather they just say no, rather than ignore.......I dont ignore their requests for fees do I?

My account had not been suspended permanently, just temporarily. I didn't have a driver's license with the right info on it, so I had to get creative. ;)
