MC999 - Can I relist the same item?
 

So back in June I received an MC999 for one of the items I was selling. The MC999 expires in December. There is another eBay seller that is selling the same item that I received the MC999 for. Can I re-list the item with different pictures, different title and description. Or should I fight the MC999 and show eBay they are allowing another seller to sell the same item? Or should I just wait for the MC999 to clear and relist the item again?

if you intend on relisting it,yes,use different pics & use a different title but this does not mean it will not get removed again

fact is,it got removed because it is not allowed on eb so nothing much you can do apart from hope for the best

but if it does get removed again you could get a suspension and if you keep doing it you could lose the account:juggle:

if i was you i would start opening some stealth accounts incase you do lose the account/s which is likely as you are selling very bad things:heh:

Complete waste of time. Sell something else. You are going to be fighting that same suspension EVERY single time. save yourself some stress. Leave that stuff to the pros that can handle it when it happens.
