Well received the generic response via email today:
Dear (eBay MEMBER),
Thank you for writing eBay in regard to your Feedback concerns.
Your account has been suspended indefinitely because you violated
eBay's
Feedback Manipulation policy.
Feedback Manipulation occurs when Feedback left or received has been
artificially inflated, falsely enhancing a member's reputation rather
than providing information on genuine buying and selling experiences.
This is not allowed. Taking actions that influence whether a member
leaves or withdraws Feedback, as well as taking actions that limit or
attempt to influence the type of Feedback left, are also not allowed.
Feedback Manipulation erodes trust in the marketplace by undermining
the
integrity of the Feedback system. Feedback provides potential trading
partners with a credible representation of your trading history on
eBay.
Any activity that undermines this credibility is not allowed.
Some common examples of Feedback Manipulation include:
- Selling low-priced non-physical items when you have historically sold
physical items or have only purchased items on eBay.
- Including the term "feedback" or any reference to eBay Feedback in
the
listing title.
- Exchanging Feedback for the sole purpose of increasing your Feedback
Score to obtain site privileges, such as PowerSeller status, use of Buy
It Now, or selling features.

Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,
Cliftan
