Credit balance on Suspended account.
 

I'm sure this has been covered but I can't find any answers, so hopefully someone can help me out. I have an Ebay account that has been indefinetly suspended over 2 months ago. I am still receiving monthly statements that show a credit balance of $75. I have tried contacting Ebay but they keep responding by sending me an automated email explaining why my account was suspended. Can I file a dispute w/ Paypal or is there another email address I can contact. I want to thank everyone for their help with previous questions, I wish I had known about this forum a long time ago.

You're probably not going to see that credit again. You can dispute it with your credit card company, paypal isn't going to do anything about it.

If the paypal account linked to ebay account is also suspended, make sure you ask for the credit send to your credit card, not paypal account, otherwise you may have to wait 1/2 year (or never?) to get it into your hand. I learnt my lesson the hard way, now there are thousands of dollars stuck in my paypal account which is frozen. I am working on getting another account's credit back to my card.

hi-just a personal experience - I had a cr bal on 2 ebay accts-after suspension-they kept billing me for the pic mgr + ebay store fees-after 15 emails + 3 months later-the cred bal was gone + now I owe them like $14- they sent the $14 to collections..I wrote to them folks showing the print out of the cred bal..and the susp letter-didn't .matter-I think its all automated. don't think u will get it..sorry..

ebayhateluv, after they suspend your account, if you can't resolve the problem, you should contact customer service to tell them to unsubscribe to all active subscriptions so you won't get billed further.
