but they're asking me to fax them my utility bill with my name and address matching the ebay account..
since my account is stealth )
is there a website I can get ut.ti.lity .bi.ll temp.late or a scanned copy of indiana state, ?

Just take your actual utility bill and change the name and address on it with photoshop, make sure any serial numbers and crap have been changed around so it is untraceable.
