Trademark Violation "HELP!!!"
 

Ok so I had 2 listing pulled last night for trademark violation. After some research I found out that trademark violation means that they think my products are counterfeit. "What a joke" So I contacted ebay and they told me to send a email to keep-a-breast and send a email to ebay with documentation of purchase. Which I did. I got these bracelets from tillys and still have some of the receipts. I have heard no answer from both keep-a-breast or ebay. I called Tech support today and they told me that theirs nothing they can do to lift my 7 day suspension. This is by far the biggest joke ever! More then anything else this has got to be the biggest slap in the face. I purchased them from tillys which they told me that 100% of the cost of the bracelet was going to keep-a-breast. Then I was donating 10% of my auctions to them as well. I got these bracelets for a fundraiser event for my friend who has breast cancer. My question is what other recourse do I have? I sent all photos of product and receipts to both party's showing where I purchased them from and the legitimacy of the products
I remember seeing a link somewhere on this website to a full blown document telling how to deal with trademark violations. But I cant find it for the life of me. Please Someone HELP!

It is a well know fact that if you are selling high risk, which these are that you include a picture receipt in your listing. This is a highly counterfeited product, and with that comes the risk of listing them. My gut tells me that you ARE selling phakes, even if you admit you arent, and I say that because people that buy these retail are not going to resell them.

those pink cancer bracelets might get fak ed or even if real the organisers dont want them sold on, as they are a charity thing and not for sale?
