Stealth account...very strange Paypal limit...
 

I own the stealth guide and followed everything correctly, now my paypal was limited in such a strange way...

I was making a purchase through ebay and when I go to pay, I am stopped by a message "we are going to call you" to verify my account. So I chose my number and click continue, NO CALL. Instead, they say my number cannot be validated :suspicious: so I press continue to try calling again and a new page comes up that says "please enter your full bank account number" and I do just that, it worked!

Few days later, I buy something else; same deal but, only this time on the second click of my phone number, it just sends "return to merchant" I called paypal and it was the worse mistake ever, from general support to account specialist to security team i was tossed and fumbled, they said this usually happens when an IP changes, I never changed PCs or windows account (except restarting my modem a few nights before because it was lagging) finally the "security agent" tried asking me the 101 questions to verify my identity, but she could not find any info on my bogus info and BAM just like that...limited until I submit my social security card and blood sample.

Can I open a new paypal following the stealth steps and successfully keep running my ebay?

When you restarted the modem, was there a chance of the IP changing?
Did you run any check of your IP, like IP Burger - What is my IP Address? Find Your IP Address!
