MC008 eBay Indefinite Selling Restriction

Hi,

i have been selling clothes on ebay for a while i have 250 positive feedbacks and one negative for incorrectly saying delivery took to long. i setup the shop in August and have been selling well but never exceeding my limit 180 items or €3500 euros. I gave proof of ID and invoice for item which they were happy with. now i have had a complaint saying an item is ⊗⊗⊗⊗ which it isnt and ebay have shut me down and pulled all my listings. my problem is i took more stock from shop being liquidated and didnt get an invoice stating individual brands. I am very annoyyed that i have had all postive feedback and one person making a claim and i am shut down here is the mail.

is there any realistic way of getting back up and running. thanks

Ever have any luck on getting this back? I've never heard of an indefinite restriction get lifted but hopefully you're the first one.

I agree, never heard of a "restricted from selling indefinitely" being lifted. Maybe time to move on and go stealth.

Heard of three.

Depends on the actual reasons.

Also dependent on how the account was prior to the limitation.

Would not be hopeful for this one realistically.

hi sorry for late reply but no i tried ringing but they were not entertaining me at all. so ill have to find another way. i cant quiet get my head around stealth either.

No fear.

It took me a year of being on this forum for 4-8 hours or more sometimes into the early morning hours reading and learning to grasp it.

I could not understand it at all and then bam, it hit me, I was not grasping it because I was wanting to learn so badly I was not thinking clear.

Spent lots of time reading different sections and threads.

good advise sandy I am feeling same as you did at beginning so I will take my time and do one step followed by one step until it sinks no pressure ehhhhh life goes on for now.

It's alright seany - with time and practice, will come rewards - we were all once in your shoes with regards to pressure and learning.
