eBay Reinstate Account After 12 months?

I had an eBay account suspended a couple of years ago. The account was suspended because of some low dsr's and negative feedbacks. The account had several hundered positive feedbacks, but the negatives and low dsr's came over the Christmas period when everyone was off on holiday. It was almost like a complete set up by competitors. What had happened was I had changed courier companies and the courier company managed to smash all the parcels I sent that day. None of the buyers contacted me before leaving the negative feedback and low dsrs.

The message I got from eBay was it was a 12 month suspension but I deleted the message and cant remember the code.

Is it worth contacting eBay to see if they will reinstate the account? Is there anybody has the experience to reinstate this type of suspended ebay account?

I can still buy on it, just not sell.

Call to eBay by using coin phone, I forgot the name of it, quarter coin phone?
That is what I am doing in now days to see if CHANGED POLICY can reveal my suspended accounts.

So you have been doing this? Or are you asking about recommendation?

Might be worth a try if it was suspended for DSRs but I agree don't do anything risky to link any of your new account.

Nothing to loose, so give them a ring. Make sure you have all the info you need to hand. Call from a phone unlinked to any other account.

It may be worth checking though your email account linked to the EB, as if you did not delete the copy of the email automatically sent to you, it should still be there.

Try using ebay live chat. I find them much better that the support reps on the phone.
