Ebay removed SOLD item listing.what should i do?
 

Hello guys
nice forum.can you please help me out?
i listed a metal smoking pipe on ebay yesterday but it was removed for "MC999 Listing policy violation alert: Drugs and Drug Paraphernalia"

although i have sold already 2 of them from the total of 4 i have.
the items were payed for but are not available on paypal it says on Estimated funds availability :Try later

What should i do? shall i send the sold items or issue a refund?help me please...

just because they are removed from ebay, does not mean you will not get the money. Not sure why pending, you will have to contact them. Is this a new account eg the 21 day hold?

Were the old listings removed by eB? First question to begin discussion.

eB might have then e-mailed your buyers saying "Questionable items...listings removed...do not pay"...

If the items have been paid for then either offer the buyers a refund and explain the situation, or post the items, but make sure you use a tracked service.

Yea when ebay does that to you they just kick u while ur down So wrong I feel for you

no the money is 'pending' - is that what happens when an item is removed eg for copyright?

I thought you get the money free and clear, meanwhile they write to the customer saying it got removed, then it is up to the customer to dispute it if they want to.

is this pending a new thing?
