How many customers does e-bay contact
 

Just got busted for vero as predicted!!!!
I have dormant accounts lined up so no probs there BUT
customers are contacting me for refunds as their listings removed even after theyve received and left good feedback, do I do a refund and give them my real address or do i let them keep it. I cant see from blocked account exactly how many people have been contacted, I was busted for an item that i sold about 30 times in last 3 months do they all get contacted is there a limit?If they all contact me I will lose all my profit AND more for postage etc

Step 1 - Where are you from? Your Location? Add it to your profile here via the "User CP"

Step 2 - Is your PP account empty? Does it contain "⊗⊗⊗⊗" information or your real info?
............If the info is ⊗⊗⊗⊗ and the PP account is empty.... walk away.
............Since the eBay account is dead the PP account is useless now.

address details false but a friends so dont want them to get in to trouble!

I can empty account sure, no monies are on hold, but it is my real bank account details paypal have.

buyers got quality bargains so not scamming if dont give refund

Are you saying I can close paypal account and alk away, and no one will contact address given? I dont want to take a risk here and would rather refund than cause friend probs

That is a little different since you used a friends name & information.
If it was totally ⊗⊗⊗⊗ I would say walk away.
But you don't want to burn a friend.

Recommend you also contact bank and remove paypal's ability to touch your money. If the paypal account gets limited you can not close it. Because you have involved a friend, you should accept the refunds, loss of profits. It is a part of business.
Every customer will be contacted. Have you kept records of your sales
apart from the ebay site like in an excel file?

I havent kept records but know its about 30 sales, all gave good feedback,
probably not all will want refund but I might be in limbo for months not knowing, I might close pp acc and evn current account but as you say if they want money back theyll end up chasing my friend.

As I said ive got a dormant account with a few feedback, so Ill go on to that slowly.

I might do a completely anon acc next time, but dont understand how it can be completely anon if you use your own name and bank acc and how you sort out verification.

Another thing is I have had a couple of people contact me, who have bought and want more, but noticed i wasnt registered user, I initially said I would supply them, but havent yet as not sure now as am paranoid about rights owner being behind it

Also Im worried about rights owner coming after me, will they get friends address from e-bay, I am worried i will get an embarrassing situation!

update, that account is still suspended, but am working on reinstatement, however to me its a dead acc now as, i will be watched like a hawk so no veros can be done i think, i can go back to it in 6 mths perhaps. However only one person contacted me for a refund, then changed their mind, so it shows if customers are happy with purchase theyll be ok, in fact a couple said they wanted one for friend and could i help out, but i decided not to.
